Mulder leaves start in 1st inning

Probably not completely shocking, but Mulder lasted 1/3 of an inning.  An awkward pickoff throw, eight balls, and that was it.  Mark asked out and it’s probably all over for him in the big leagues.

Truly depressing stuff – I’m sure of the worst, but have faint hope for the best.  Thompson got out of trouble and is going to try and fight through this one.
